I absolutely adore seafood with pasta! Another home-cooked recipe by the gorgeous man. Hope you enjoy it 🙂
Recipe for two:
– 8 large fresh prawns
– 1 zucchini, sliced
– 1 red chilli, seeds removed and sliced
– 100g of spaghetti for each person (he actually weighs them!)
– 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
– handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
– olive oil
– splash of white wine
– salt and pepper
Prepare the prawns by removing the shell and tail, only keeping the head for flavour. Heat up some olive oil in a pan and throw the chillies in, then add the prawns. Give them a generous splash of white wine.
Once they turn white, remove them and set aside. Add some extra olive oil to the pan again and fry the garlic and zucchini. Add the tomatoes after. Prepare pasta as per cooking instructions.
When the pasta is almost done, put the prawns back to the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
